The Highlands Consulting Group has successfully provided management consulting services to both public sector and private sector clients since 2002. While technological change is a common driver behind our projects, we are business focused and independent from hardware and software vendors. We provide strategic planning, facilitation, business process reengineering, feasibility study reports, procurement assistance, and information technology project management. We offer subject matter expertise in a variety of program areas, such as health care, human services, environment, and transportation. Highlands Consulting has a uniquely successful history of providing Organizational Change Management (OCM) services.
