We help medium-sized businesses, that already have an IT product to make it popular, or create a new one. 1. First, we check the adequacy of the client's idea. To do this, we conduct research or brainstorm. The research is necessary if a client does not have answers to the questions: - What is the estimated market size? - Is there any confirmation from the market that consumers really have a problem solved by your product (completed interviews/reviews/customer wishes)? - In what alternative ways do consumers complete the tasks that your product solves? With the information received, we go on a brainstorm. If the client already has this information, we immediately begin to brainstorm. 2. As a result of a 2-day brainstorming session, we get a map of a new product with a description of the risks and opportunities. 3. In 3-5 days, we create a prototype of the IT product and test it. 4. We form an MVP of the confirmed hypotheses. 5. We begin to develop and launch the product.
