Born from a visionary idea by founders Nahim Rahman and Christopher May in 2013, Commercial People spent several years researching the market and perfecting its strategy to become one of the most eyecatching PropTech startups ahead of its public launch in early 2019. Initially conceived as a dedicated commercial portal with the idea of 'connecting people with property'​, Commercial People has gone from humble beginnings as a four-person team operating out of a shed in East London, to become the world's fastest-growing property portal.
