Digital Service Design by Capgemini. Created in 2006, Backelite is a Digital Service Design agency established in 8 countries (France, Australia, China, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, Singapore and Sweden). From its creation, Backelite has been focused on users'​ needs in order to simplify their daily lives. Thanks to Service Design, the agency creates digital (or not) service experiences, halfway between its clients'​ business objectives and final users'​ needs. The teams handle numerous complex subjects (B2C, B2B, B2E), while always keeping in mind the right balance between design, business and technology (intervention on the whole chain, from the upstream strategy, to the development and continuous improvement).
