Agency,Mai?

"We're a top-20 UK web design agency, with past work for brands including Adidas and Novartis...."​ If we were a conventional agency that's what we'd say. And it would be true. Clutch rated us as the 19th top UK web design team, and the subcontracts that we've done have included some pretty big brands (Adidas and Novartis are probably not the biggest). But... Agency,Mai? Is this an agency? No, not really. So here's what we're going to say instead.... We're a small (6-12 people), focused digital team delivering web work that adds value to our clients'​ businesses. We are efficient and effective, delivering agency-quality with a very different approach. We have no business development people, put almost zero effort into promoting ourselves, and maintain a brutally lean business model. Our technology is top-flight, our creative work strong, and our clear communication and unflinching focus on our clients'​ needs makes for very happy clients in both the UK and US (which is why Clutch rated us so highly).
