Description
We are a marketing firm that only works with other Managed Service Providers and small IT firms. That's how we were born... We started out trying to market our own MSP Cloud Cover. After five years in business, all of our clients had come from referrals and growth was stagnent. Our website averaged somewhere between zero and one visit a month. We purchased a marketing toolkit designed for MSPs. Despite finding the content out of date and little high-pressure-sales we held our noses and sent the lumpy mail and made the calls. We sent out newsletters. We re-designed our website. We hired a service to make sure our phone was always answered. We gathered testimonials. We joined conference calls. We offered free reports. We did all this for months. We got zero appointments. Then, we found growth hacking. We spent 300 hours reading about tools and strategies until we were able to master and implement a repeatable, and successful marketing strategy.
