Karen Sinclair founded what was to become Sinclair & Co. in 1988 in a 175-square-foot office. And while the agency has grown over the years, it's still small enough that we answer our own phones. And schedule our own meetings. And get our own coffee. It's a hands-on, efficiently run, full-service agency.
