Diversity Marketing and Communications is a woman-owned marketing and communications firm that incorporates behavioral insights in broad-based communications strategies and public awareness campaigns that get attention, add value, and deliver results. Diversity holds a federal General Services Administration (GSA) contract and is certified by the State of New Jersey as a SBE and WMBE. The firm is also certified as a DBE by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and NJTransit. Diversity manages multi-year contracts for public education campaigns, marketing programs and business/professional initiatives for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Labor, and National Institutes of Health. As an agency of record for Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey, Diversity has developed integrated marketing plans for academic and administrative centers across all three campuses as well as high-profile special events, annual reports, and public relations campaigns.
