Since 2002, mct has been focusing on supporting clients in Japan to pursue human-centered innovation through a design research approach. With project experience throughout Asia, Europe and North and South America, mct also works frequently with clients and users beyond Japan. We are driven to develop meaningful experiences for people based on a deep understanding of their goals and contextual needs. We often engage users and developers to collaborate together directly in the design process. We also support organizational change to integrate the mindsets and methodologies into their workflow, office culture, and environment.
